Lose Weight over the summer months can be hard, with summer holidays promising copious amounts of food, booze and often very little movement. But there are ways to actually lose weight and avoid gaining weight while on holiday.
Weight loss can almost seem impossible over summer, with longer nights and more time spent out-and-about and socialising.
There are also summer holidays to factor in, which promise days on end of lounging, drinking and eating.
Summer holidays are not conducive to weight loss, being time for Britons to relax, unwind and have fun.
Holidays are also the time when all that hard work spent prepping and losing weight becomes undone, with overindulging almost the norm.
However there are ways that weight loss can be continued while on holiday, and the often inventible weight gain can be avoided.
